These terms explain the rules for using African Kouture, including browsing the marketplace, creating an account, buying from fashion houses, and offering fashion-house or delivery services.
1. Using African Kouture
By accessing African Kouture, you agree to use the website, applications, and connected services lawfully and respectfully. You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
2. Marketplace listings
Fashion houses are responsible for the accuracy, availability, quality, pricing, sizing, care information, and fulfillment of their listings. African Kouture provides the marketplace and operational tools, but a listing does not become a guarantee by African Kouture unless we expressly say so.
3. Orders, payments, and delivery
Currency display, payment authorization, shipping estimates, taxes, duties, and delivery availability may depend on your destination and the providers supporting the order. An order is accepted only when the relevant confirmation is issued.
4. Fashion houses and delivery partners
Vendors and logistics partners must keep their business, identity, catalog, staff, vehicle, and payout information current. We may review, limit, suspend, or remove accounts or listings that create safety, fraud, quality, compliance, or customer-service concerns.
5. Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you submit, but you give African Kouture permission to host, display, resize, promote, and distribute that content as needed to operate and market the service. You must have the rights and permissions required for anything you upload.
6. Prohibited activity
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy catalog data without permission, impersonate another person or business, submit deceptive listings, bypass access controls, or use the platform for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe activity.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will publish the updated version here and change the effective date. Questions about these terms can be directed through the support channel available in your account or workspace.
