We may collect account details, contact information, delivery addresses, order and payment references, fashion-house and driver business details, support messages, ratings, device information, and information you choose to add to your profile or listings.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, marketplace discovery, ordering, payments, shipping, notifications, customer support, fraud prevention, ratings, analytics, advertising controls, and role-based workspaces. We also use aggregated or de-identified information to improve the service.
3. Authentication and MFA
We use identity providers and authentication services to protect accounts. Depending on the account and enabled options, sign-in may use email, Google, Apple, or WhatsApp verification. We may use account role, organization membership, and security activity to decide what a signed-in person can access.
4. Sharing and service providers
We share information with the fashion house, logistics partner, payment provider, messaging provider, analytics and infrastructure providers, and other parties needed to complete the service. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, maintain audit records, and protect the platform. We use access controls, authentication, monitoring, and role-scoped permissions, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

You may update eligible account details, manage communication preferences, request access or correction, and ask about deletion subject to records we must retain. Some messages and operational notices are necessary to provide an order or secure an account.
