Fair, clear return terms

What can be returned

Ready-to-wear items are generally eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached, unless the individual fashion house's listed policy states otherwise. Custom-made, altered, personalised, and made-to-order or bespoke pieces are typically not returnable once production has started, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered — this is standard practice across the made-to-order apparel industry, since these pieces are produced specifically for one buyer.

Your rights under Nigerian law

Nigerian consumers are protected under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018, which gives buyers the right to redress — including repair, replacement, or refund — where goods are defective, unsafe, or not as described, regardless of any stricter policy a seller may try to apply. Nothing in a fashion house's individual return policy overrides these statutory rights.

If you're ordering from outside Nigeria

International buyers may have additional statutory rights under their own country's consumer protection law — for example, a cooling-off period for online purchases under UK or EU consumer protection rules. Where those rights are stronger than the policy stated here, the buyer's local statutory rights apply; this page does not limit them.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged or different from the listing. We coordinate the return and refund process with the fulfilling fashion house on your behalf.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider once we confirm the refund, typically within 5–10 business days.
