Becoming a fashion house
Independent designers, tailors, and fashion houses interested in listing on African Kouture can start an onboarding request from their customer account under Account settings, or contact us directly — our team will walk through catalogue setup, fulfilment options, and payout terms before you go live.
Response times
We aim to respond to support enquiries within one business day (Monday–Friday, West Africa Time). Delivery and payment issues are prioritised. Response times for a specific fashion house's product or sizing questions may depend on that fashion house's own availability, since they manage their own catalogues directly.
